Bruce has specialized in growing both the top and the bottom lines within the nation's largest full-service remodeling organization. Over the last decade, he has been instrumental in building the Case brand across multiple business segments:

  • In 1997, he successfully started the Kitchen and Bath Division which today represents over $9 million in annual revenue.
  • In 2002, he assumed the leadership role for Case's corporately-owned Handyman & Remodeling Division and grew both the top and bottom lines of this division by 150% - today it represents over $25 million in annual revenue.
  • In 2005, he assumed leadership of Case's franchising arm - Case Handyman & Remodeling Services, LLC which has grown to over 180 territories across the U.S. generating in excess of $45 million in total revenue.
  • Today, Bruce is Chief Operating Officer of both Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. and Case's national franchise organization - Case Handyman & Remodeling, LLC.

In his current role as COO he's been instrumental in creating operating systems which have made Case's tagline and brand promise "Clients for Life" a reality.

Bruce is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a double major in economics and psychology and obtained his MBA from George Mason University. He holds several designations including Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) from the National Association of The Remodeling Industry (NARI) and Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the International Franchise Association (IFA). Previous to Case, he was a Vice President with Willis Corroon, plc - a world leader in risk management services.
